How long does delivery take?
3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and biotropicalcares.com.
If you are not available and redelivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery.
Where redelivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.
Customers who are unsatisfied with purchases made through biotropicalcares.com are allowed to return the item(s) within 7 days of the order confirmation via email.
Team Biotropicalcares will review your request within 7 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.
Following reasons will not be considered as a valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as “I changed my mind” or “I don’t want it anymore”.
All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund / exchange policy.
Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchange item(s) will be picked by Team Biotropicalcares based on product availability.
Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased with tag attached.
Only orginal item(s) purchased through biotropicalcares.com or our official boutiques are entitle for refund or exchange.
Shipping cost of return item(s) is/are not claimable and are to be borne by purchaser.
